1, avoid valve working in small opening, if the valve needle open lift is small or slow opening action, working in small opening, throttling gap is small, serious erosion, appropriately increase the pitch of the locking mechanism, increase the opening speed and lift, work opening increases, make the throttling gap is large, erosion weakened, can improve the service life.

2, avoid valve working in high temperature medium, medium temperature has a great impact on the life of the valve, the higher the medium temperature, the shorter the life of the valve, the longer the other way around. Therefore, the cooling device in the pressure relief valve can also significantly improve the service life of the valve.

3, under different working pressure, the use of the corresponding sealing pressure, choose the appropriate sealing pressure, the use of torque wrench to lock, or to achieve automatic control of the valve, so as to avoid the valve needle is not scour wear and tear with the valve seat extrusion damage.

4, regular filter high pressure medium and clean filter, add liquid to filter the application. When frequently used, the cycle should be appropriately shortened. Cleaning the tank regularly and replacing the new medium at the same time can shorten the cleaning and oil change cycle according to the actual situation of the equipment.

5. Properly clean the needle valve when installing or replacing it. Avoid bringing debris to speed up the wear of the needle valve.
