Three-piece ball valve product difference
One – piece, two – piece, three – piece ball valve fundamental difference in the valve body structure.
One-piece ball valve is reduced diameter, by a plug head will be fixed sphere, flow is relatively small;
Two-piece ball valve is full diameter, by two pieces of valve body clamped ball fixed, maintenance is relatively complex, the middle of the screw tightness is very key, related to whether air leakage. Good sealing;
Three-piece ball valve is similar to two-piece ball valve, is also full diameter, but there is a valve body in the middle of the ball, and then clamped by both sides with neck flange, bearing pressure is better, convenient installation, easy disassembly, maintenance and cleaning.
