Floating ball valve product description:
The floating valve adopts the level lever principle, through the water level on the float ball, to realize the float ball valve open and close. The float floats on the water all the time, and as the water rises, so does the float. When the float goes up, the link goes up. The stainless steel float ball valve connecting rod is connected to the valve at the other end. When raised to a certain position, the rod supports the rubber piston pad to seal the water supply. When the water level drops, the float also drops, and the dry also drives the piston pad to open.

 

Floating ball valve operating principle:
The floating ball valve body adopts the stainless steel die casting technology, so that each part is well matched, there is no corrosion loose or tight stuck phenomenon, to ensure the ball valve stable work for a long time, while the stainless steel component design makes the ball valve work in the high humidity environment without chemical corrosion reaction, so that the drinking water pure and healthy.
In view of the defect that the float ball of traditional products is easy to wear and break, this product uses the ball bubble technology to deal with the float ball inside the body, so as to eliminate the weakness that the float ball fails due to damage and air leakage, and extend the service life of the float ball up to three times.
