What is Static Balancing Valve ?
Static Balancing Valve also known as balancing valves, manual balancing valves, digital lock balancing valves, double-position regulating valves, are used to solve the problem of branch pressure differential balance in pipeline design ball.
Static Balancing Valve make it possible to introduce appropriate pressure drops so that each branch of the hydraulic circuit has the required design flow rate. They are equipped with suitable pressure ports which, placed of the ends of a calibrated hole.

- *These are Y-Pattern globe valves supplied with two pressure test points P84 to provide flow measurement, regulation and isolation
- *The Double Regulating feature allows the valve to be used for isolation and to be reopened to its pre-set position to maintain required flow rate
- *Numerical indicator of opening rate on the handwheel
- *Lockable set position
- * Shut-off function achieved by handwheel
- *Primarily used in injection or other circuits requiring a double regulating valve for system balancing
- *Accuracy of flow measurement is ±10% at the full open position of the valve
- *Using balanced valve core, easy to adjust
- * Self-sealing measuring points to protect against leakage
- *Some reduction in accuracy occurs at partial openings of the valve in accordance with BS 7350

1.Fixed Orfice Double Regulating Valve(FODRV)
- **Single unit Y-Pattern globe valves incorporating an integral orifice plate to form a fixed orifice flow measurement unit with regulation and isolation capacity
- **The Double Regulating feature allows the valve to be used for isolation and to be reopened to its pre-set position to maintain required flow rate
- **Accuracy of flow measurement is ±5% at all open positions of the valve in accordance with BS 7350: 1990
- **Primarily used in injection or other circuits requiring a double regulating valve for system balancing
- **External spray epoxy coated for improved durability
